What is our mission?
Getting into fitness is like navigating to Rome: you may not know where you are going or the fastest route, but all roads will lead to your destination!
That being said, everyone knows that sleeping good hours, eating protein, and performing resistance training are all required to build muscle, but did you know that stretch-focused training can build muscle 1.5x faster? Or that adding a kettlebell swing to your routine can substantially improve your squat?
Our objective at Truly Gains™ is to polish your pathway to get you to your fitness destination more efficiently. Our content aims to reduce the influence of disinformation in fitness by busting popular myths or offering updated methods to previous traditions. We cover everything fitness but focus on the minute details. Small improvements do add up in the big picture.
About the Author
Hey everyone! My name is Alec Banker. I currently attend the University of Florida as a freshman and am pursuing business full time.
I have been passionate about weightlifting since I was a freshman in high school. Over four years of being personally trained, testing out different workout splits and exercises, researching fitness extensively, and ultimately being a perfectionist about my gains, I have decided to combine my passions for fitness and education and create Truly Gains™. Though my journey in fitness has been relatively short, my passion is ever-growing and pushing me to become the best version of myself (I have never stopped at “good”, I must always be an expert in whatever I pursue!), so for this reason I encourage you to join me on my journey and become an expert as well!
